My name is Lilla Hudoba

I spent the first 43 years of my life in Hungary.

I have been living in Philadelphia since 1996.

Between 200 and 2018 I was an assistant professor in the Community College of Philadelphia. I worked as a mathematics specialist in the Learning Lab helping students with all levels of mathematics as well as supervising tutoring.

I created Hungarotips in 1998 with the main goal of helping people all over the world who wished to learn Hungarian and / or maintain their language skills. At that time Hungarian language websites were virtually nonexistent.

During the last 20 years I have helped hundreds of people and gained some lifelong friendships along the way.

I retired from college teaching in 2018, and now I have the luxury of doing what I enjoy the most - teaching Hungarian.
