MAGYAR KUVASZ

The Hungarian kuvasz is another old dog brought to the basin of the
Carpathians with the early Hungarians. It is to be
used very well at watchingprotecting work. It has a good scent. It has
hunted wolf and wild boar too. It is firmly bold and audacious. It is
readily used for housewatching.
Its hide is slategrey or black. The nose, the eye and the lips are
black. Its size is 71-75 cm, wheight of the body is 45-52 kg. The kuvasz is able to trot uniformly 25-30 km, without getting tired. |  |
